Cory Fore – Club President

Hi everyone! My name is Cory Fore and I’m so excited to serve as Club President this year! I started in the Kiwanis Family in Key Club at James Monroe High School. I served as Club Secretary and District Webmaster during my time in Key Club. I was also a CKI member during my 4 years at Randolph-Macon College! Outside of the K-Family I enjoy volunteering my time as a volunteer Firefighter and EMT. I currently work as a Claims Adjuster at GEICO!

Casey Haines – President-Elect

Hi everyone! My name is Casey Haines and I am thrilled to serve as a President-Elect and Finance Chair this year. I have a long history with the Kiwanis family. I was a member of the Westminster High Key Club throughout all of high school, and was elected treasurer and president. I continued to UMBC’s CKI Club and served as VP my senior year. I graduated in 2019 with a BS in biology and minor in environmental science. Thus, I am very passionate about service opportunities which benefit the environment. I work as a research technologist for a clinical pharmacology lab at Johns Hopkins. Catch me running, hiking, camping, or sleeping in my free time!

Katie Pajewski – Immediate Past President

Hello! My name is Katie Pajewski and I’m so delighted to serve as the Immediate Past President this year! I joined Key Club at Albemarle High School and served as my division’s Lieutenant Governor. I graduated from the University of Virginia in 2019 with my BA in Sociology and again in 2020 with my Masters in Public Policy. I am currently working as a Healthcare Analyst for Huron, a hospital consulting group. In a pre-COVID time, I played water polo but now I’m working on trying to love running and picked up cycling (which I now love!).

Katelyn Gregory – Secretary-Treasurer

Jeannette Ogilvie – Club Director

Jeannette Ogilvie, Club Director and Chair of Service and Partnerships, lives in Forest, VA and works in education. In addition to the Next Generation eClub, she is a member of the Kiwanis Club of Lynchburg. She is a former Key Club Faculty Advisor, and now serves as a Zone Administrator for Capital District Key Club. Her love of service grew out of being a Girl Scout as a child, and being a Kiwanian is a great fit as a grown up. Jeannette likes to read, grow begonias, and feed the birds in her spare time.

About our Kiwanis club

Kiwanis helps kids around the world. Our Kiwanis club looks out for our community and the Kiwanis international organization takes on large-scale challenges, such as fighting disease and poverty. Our Kiwanis club is generous with its time. We are creative with our ideas. We are passionate about making a difference. And we have fun along the way!

For more than a century, Kiwanis has created opportunities for children to be curious, safe and healthy regardless of the community in which they live. When you give a child the chance to learn, experience, dream, grow, succeed and thrive, great things can happen.

The Kiwanis Mission & Vision

Kiwanis empowers communities to improve the world by making lasting differences in the lives of children. Kiwanis strives to be a positive influence in communities worldwide — so that one day, all children will wake up in communities that believe in them, nurture them and provide the support they need to thrive. Our Kiwanis club fulfills the Kiwanis mission by serving our community through Kiwanis Community Service Projects

Kiwanis Service

Service is at the heart of every Kiwanis club, no matter where in the world it’s located. Members stage approximately 150,000 service projects and raise nearly US$100 million every year for communities, families and projects. By working together, members achieve what one person cannot accomplish alone.

Our Kiwanis club focuses on changing the world by serving children, one child in our community at a time. To reach more people and have a greater service impact on their communities, many clubs sponsor a Kiwanis family club — K-Kids for primary school children; Builders Clubs for adolescents; Key Clubs for teens; Circle K clubs for university students and Aktion Clubs for adults living with disabilities.
